DENPASAR, Kanalbali – Sebanyak 55 caleg DPRD Bali hasil Pileg 2019, akan dilantik sebagai anggota DPRD Bali 2019-2024 pada (2/9), di Ruang Sidang Utama kantor DPRD Provinsi Bali. Saat ditanya mengenai harapan politisi senior Golkar yakni Ida Tjokorda Pemecutan XI yang berharap agar masalah tersebut diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan, Demer menjelaskan bahwa semuanya tergantung keduabelah pihak. “Nah, itu tergantung pelapor Dewa Nida dan terlapor Gunawan. Kita dari induk partai mengikuti proses hukum saja, karena negara kita negara hukum. Saya pedomannya itu saja,” ujarnya.
Sampai saat ini, menurutnya, tidak ada komunikasi antara dirinya dengan Gunawan terkait masalah penyelesaian kasus tersebut secara kekeluargaan. “Belum ada saya dihubungi Gunawan maupun Dewa Nida. Kita di DPP Golkar posisinya netral dalam persoalan ini,” tegas Demer.
Sementara itu, Ketua KPU Bali I Dewa Gede Agung Lidartawan menyatakan 55 caleg DPRD Bali hasil Pileg 2019, semuanya ditetapkan. Artinya, Wayan Gunawan tetap akan dilantik sebagai anggota DPRD Bali 2019-2024 pada 2 September 2019 nanti.
“Belum ada putusan hukum yang berkekuatan hukum tetap untuk menyatakan Gunawan tidak ditetapkan (sbagai anggota DPRD Bali hasil Pileg 2019, Red). Kalau nanti ada putusan hukum di pengadian yang sifatnya berkekuatan hukum tetap, lain soal lagi.
