DENPASAR, kanalbali.id – Gubernur Bali, I Wayan Koster mengatakan, akan menggelar rapat untuk mengatasi soal adanya preman yang berkedok organisasi masyarakat (Ormas) di Pulau Bali.

Gubernur Koster mengatakan, pada tanggal 12 Mei 2024 akan melakukan rapat dengan beberapa instansi terkait untuk menyikapi ormas preman tersebut.

“Nanti akan disikapi tanggal 12 Mei. Sikap terhadap ormas preman,” kata Koster di Denpasar, Bali, Jumat (19/5).

Sementara, Seketaris Daerah (Sekda) Provinsi Bali, Dewa Made Indra mengatakan, bahwa Gubernur Bali secara sepintas sudah menyatakan untuk ormas harus dipastikan semuanya dengan ketentuan Perundangan-undangan.

“Jangan sampai ada ormas yang proses pembentukannya tidak sesuai dengan regulasi atau belum mengikuti regulasi di satu sisi,” kata Indra.

Kemudian, yang kedua aktivitas atau praktik kegiatan ormas harus dalam koridor peraturan Undangan-undangan.

“Jadi bisa saja ada ormas yang proses pembentukannya tidak melalui regulasi yang ada. Makanya harus ditertibkan,” jelasnya.

Ia juga menyatakan, Kepala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Provinsi Bali, yang baru telah ditugaskan untuk mengurus semua itu terutama terkait regulasi ormas di Bali.

“Kesbangpol yang baru sudah ditugaskan tadi. Atau mungkin juga ada ormas yang proses pembentukannya sudah benar berbasis regulasi yang benar. Tapi mungkin aktivitasnya kurang sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan Perundang-undangan, kurang sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah budaya dan tata krama masyarakat Bali, makannya juga harus ditertibkan. Itu arahan beliau,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, Gubernur Bali, I Wayan Koster meminta Kepala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Provinsi Bali, yang baru dilantik untuk tegas menghadapi preman yang berkedok organisasi masyarakat (Ormas).

Sementara, Kepala Kesbangpol baru yang terpilih Gede Suralaga menggantikan Kepala Kesbangpol Bali yang lama I Gusti Ngurah Wiryanata.

Hal tersebut, Gubernur Koster sampaikan saat Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah atau Janji Jabatan Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Bali, di Gedung Wiswa Sabha Utama, di Kantor Gubernur Bali, Denpasar, Jumat (9/5) sore.

“Kemudian Gede Suralaga, dulunya staf ahli, sekarang saya tugaskan sebagai Kepala Kesbangpol. Untuk menghadapi preman,” kata Koster, saat memberikan sambutan. ( kanalbali/ KAD )
