BADUNG, kanalbali.id – Kantor Imigrasi Singaraja kembali mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap seorang warga negara Rumania berinisial BSS (Lk), lantaran menyalahgunakan izin tinggal diduga untuk berkegiatan sebagai pendamping/ instruktur/ pelatih diving.
“Pada tanggal 21-22 Agustus 2024, tim kami melakukan Operasi Pengawasan Keimigrasian “Jagratara” di wilayah Buleleng. Berdasarkan pengawasan tersebut, tim kami menemukan beberapa WNA yang mencurigakan, salah satunya adalah BSS ini.
Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan diketahui bahwa yang bersangkutan merupakan pemegang izin tinggal kunjungan saat kedatangan (Visa On Arrival), tetapi diduga melakukan kegiatan sebagai pendamping/ instruktur/ pelatih selam”, terang Hendra Setiawan, Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Singaraja.
Oleh sebab itu, yang bersangkutan dikenakan Tindakan Administratif Keimigrasian berupa deportasi sesuai dengan Pasal 75 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian. Pendeportasian dilaksanakan melalui Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai dengan penerbangan Air Asia nomor penerbangan AK379 (Denpasar – Kuala Lumpur) dengan tujuan akhir Bucharest, Rumania.
Ditemui pada tempat terpisah Kepala Kanwil Kemenkumham Bali (Pramella Yunidar Pasaribu) menyampaikan bahwa operasi pengawasan terhadap orang asing secara berkesinambungan dilakukan oleh seluruh jajaran imigrasi. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memastikan penggunaan izin tinggal WNA sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan pemberian izin tinggal.
Pengawasan keimigrasian secara rutin dilakukan guna mengantisipasi adanya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh orang asing. Apalagi sampai merugikan warga lokal. Untuk itu kami berharap peran serta dari masyarakat untuk melaporkan apabila mengetahui atau menemukan orang asing yang beraktivitas melanggar peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,” tegas Pramella.
