Gelar Sidak, Tim Disperindag Bali Temukan 4 Pangkalan LPG Bermasalah di Gianyar

GIANYAR, kanalbali.id – Tim Pengawasan Terpadu Disperindag Provinsi Bali bersama PT Pertamina dan Hiswana Migas melakukan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) ke Kabupaten Gianyar pada Selasa (15/4).

Sidak LPG 3 Kg ini dilakukan untuk menindaklanjuti adanya laporan dari masyarakat, sekaligus memastikan ketersediaan dan pendistribusian gas LPG 3 kg, khususnya menjelang Hari Raya Galungan dan Kuningan.

Dari lima pangkalan ini, ditemukan empat  pangkalan yang tidak sesuai SOP. Pelanggaran ini berupa tidak adanya palang pangkalan yang dipasang ditempat yg mudah dilihat oleh masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat sekitar tidak mengetahui keberadaan pangkalan tersebut.

Koordinator Tim Pengawas Terpadu Disperindag Provinsi Bali, I Wayan Pasek Putra, menyampaikan bahwa dari hasil pengawasan di temukan pelanggaran berupa pemasangan palang yang tidak sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan (diletakkan di bagian dalam pagar pangkalan),.

Kemudian, dari lima titik pangkalan yang di sidak, terdapat empat pangkalan yang masih melakukan canvassing (distribusi secara mandiri ke konsumen atau agen).

Inspeksi mendadak ini dilakukan sesuai laporan yang diterima dari masyarakat, dan setelah di cek kebenarannya antara laporan dan kenyataannya tidak berbeda (benar).

“Terhadap temuan ini, kami, tim satgas, telah melakukan pembinaan dan meminta pihak pangkalan untuk menandatangani surat pernyataan bermeterai,” ungkapnya.

Tindakan tegas juga dilakukan oleh pihak Pertamina dan Hiswana Migas. Sales Branch Manager IV Bali Pertamina, Zico Aidillah Syahtian mengatakan selain pembinaan, sanksi tegas berupa Pemutusan Hubungan Usaha (PHU) akan diberikan kepada pihak pangkalan apabila dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan usahanya tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dan regulasi yang telah ditetapkan.

“Kami memberikan sanksi tegas kepada empat (4) pangkalan tersebut berupa pemotongan kuota 50% sampai batas yg belum ditentukan, dan juga Pemutusan Hubungan Usaha (PHU)”, tegas Zico Aidillah. (kanalbali/TIM)
