Cemburu Buta, Seorang Pria di Denpasar Lakukan Pembunuhan dan Bakar Mayat Korban

DENPASAR, kanalbali.id –  Dua pria pelaku pembunuhan sadis di denpasar dan membakar jasad korbannya berhasil ditangkap tim gabungan Polresta Denpasar dan Ditreskrimum Polda Bali.

Keduanya adalah pria berinisial MBW (33) yang beralamat di Bondowoso, Jawa Timur dan pelaku DAR (23) beralamat di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Dan korban diketahui seorang penjaga rumah kontrakan di TKP.

Kasi Humas Polresta Denpasar, AKP Ketut Sukadi pada Rabu (28/5) menguraikan, kedua pelaku ditangkap pada Senin (26/5) sekitar pukul 16.00 WITA di kampung halamannya di Jawa Timur.

Adapun Peristiwa pembunuhan itu dilakukan oleh dua pelaku di Jalan Gurita IV, Perumahan Pondok Gurita, Banjar Pegok, Kelurahan Sesetan, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, pada Sabtu (24/5) sekitar pukul 23.10 WITA.

Kronologisnya, saat itu seorang pelapor berinsial IMJ (62) mendapat kabar bahwa telah ditemukan orang meninggal dunia dalam keadaaan terbakar di dalam rumah kontrakan milik pelapor yang ditempati Warga Negara Asing (WNA) Perancis.

Kemudian, saat pelapor mendatangi TKP melihat keadaan sudah ramai oleh warga dan saat itu petugas polisi sedang melakukan pengamanan dan olah TKP.

Sementara, jasad korban ditemukan di dalam kamar mandi rumah kontrakan dengan posisi telungkup dan kedua kaki menekuk ke atas, tertindih balok kayu dan terdapat api yang msh menyala dari kayu tersebut.

“Korban diketemukan meninggal dunia di kamar mandi dalam keadaan telungkup dan kedua kaki menekuk ke atas dan ditemukan beberapa bekas luka tusukan dan sayatan benda tajam,” ujarnya.

“Selesai dilakukan olah TKP jenazah korban selanjutnya dibawa menuju ambulans ke RSUP Prof Ngoerah, Denpasar. Atas kejadian itu pelapor IMJ melaporkan ke Polsek Denpasar Selatan,” lanjutnya.

Kemudian, pihak kepolisian melakukan penyelidikan dan akhirnya menemukan identitas para pelaku yang telah kabur ke Bondowoso, Jawa Timur dan akhirnya berhasil ditangkap.

Kedua pelaku diketahui masih memiliki hubungan saudara. Mereka merupakan saudara sepupu dan mereka dengan sadis membunuh korban setelah itu membakar korban.

“Melukai korban menggunakan senjata tajam jenis pisau dan gunting serta batu ulekan ke arah kepala dan leher korban. Membakar badan korban dengan menuang bensin,” ungkapnya.

Selain itu, dari hasil penyelidikan dan fakta di TKP, selain mengalami luka bekas senjata tajam, alat komunikasi korban berupa satu unit handphone merk Samsung jenis A06 warna hitam juga tidak ditemukan di TKP dan disinyalir telah ambil oleh pelaku.

“Motifnya dendam pribadi yang berawal dari pelaku kecewa terhadap sikap korban yang tidak menepati janji untuk memberikan uang kepada pelaku, selain itu pelaku juga cemburu terhadap korban yang memiliki pria lain,” ujarnya.

Hasil interogasi, pelaku MBW mengakui bersama adik sepupunya yaitu pelaku berinisial DAR telah melakukan kekerasan yang menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia.

Pelaku MBW merencanakan menghabisi korban saat berkomunikasi via whatsapp dengan mengajak sepupunya pelaku DAR dengan alasan sakit hati kepada korban.

Kemudian, pelaku MBW menjanjikan kepada pelaku DAR akan mendapatkan uang banyak jika berhasil menghabisi nyawa korban. Karena pelaku menilai bahwa korban adalah orang kaya.

Selain itu, sebelum korban dibunuh, terjadi pertikaian masalah uang yang di janjikan korban kepada pelaku MBW, sehingga kedua pelaku berinisiatif untuk menunggu korban tertidur di TKP dan saat korban tidur, pelaku MBW memukul menggunakan alas batu atau ulekan cobek ke arah dada korban. Sedangkan pelaku DAR mempiting korban dari belakang.

Selanjutnya, pelaku yang sadar telah dipukul korban lalu melakukan perlawanan, sehingga pelaku MBW ngambil pisau namun tidak berhasil melukai korban sehingga pelaku MBW langsung mengambil balok dan kotak peti untuk memukul korban.

Kemudian, saat korban masih melakukan perlawanan, pelaku MBW mengambil gunting di meja yang diserahkan kepada pelaku DAR dan langsung menusukkan gunting itu sebanyak dua kali ke arah kepala dan leher korban yang menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia.

Setelah memastikan korban meninggal dunia, kedua pelaku lalu membungkus korban menggunakan selimut dan menyeret korban ke kamar mandi. Lalu selanjutnya membersihkan sisa noda darah korban yang tercecer di TKP.

Namun, selang beberapa jam kedua pelaku pergi meninggalkan TKP dan datang kembali pada malam hari membawa bensin yang dibeli di warung dekat TKP dan untuk meninggalkan jejak, pelaku lalu menyiram bensin di tubuh korban untuk membakar korban di dalam kamar mandi.

“Setelah itu pelaku DAR mengambil handphone dan identitas milik korban dan bersama pelaku MBW kabur menuju kampung halamannya di Bondowoso,” ujarnya.

AKP Sukadi membenarkan, bahwa korban dan pelaku MBW miliki hubungan asmara sesama jenis dan motifnya cemburu serta masalah uang.
