BULELENG, kanalbali.id – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Buleleng Gede Suyasa mendorong persiapan yang maksimal dalam pembangunan Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP). Utamanya pada segi sarana prasarana.
Hal itu disampaikannya saat ditemui usai mewakili Penjabat Bupati Buleleng memimpin rapat kelanjutan pembangunan MPP, persiapan pelaksanaan uji coba MPP dalam Buleleng Development Festival (BDF), serta penyiapan persiapan kerja sama (PKS) dengan instansi vertikal dan horizontal yang akan bergabung di MPP Buleleng.
Rapat mengambil tempat di Ruang Rapat Rumah Jabatan Bupati Buleleng, Selasa (8/8).
Suyasa mengatakan infrastruktur dalam MPP harus dipersiapkan secara maksimal. Sarana prasarana pendukung harus kuat dalam menyokong keberadaan MPP Buleleng. Khususnya dalam hal penyediaan sarana koneksi internet.

Hal ini untuk mendukung digitalisasi dimana penggunaan sistem komputerisasi lebih banyak digunakan. Sehingga, diperlukan koneksi internet yang kuat dalam melayani masyarakat yang datang ke MPP.
“Jika terhambat, maka sistem yang diterapkan juga akan terhambat. Dan ini akan membuat tidak efektif. Kalau bisa dengan digitalisasi lebih cepat lebih bagus,” kata dia.
Mantan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (Disdikpora) Buleleng ini juga menjelaskan pembentukan MPP dimaksudkan oleh pemerintah dalam pemerintah dalam rangka mempermudah pelayanan.
Mendekatkan jarak antara yang membutuhkan pelayanan dan yang melayani dan kemudian mempercepat pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, bangunan MPP dibuat satu tempat supaya masyarakat bisa masuk ke satu tempat untuk menyelesaikan semua urusan terkait pelayanan publik.
“Semua instansi vertikal maupun horizontal yang terkait dikumpulkan. Sehingga, masyarakat bisa berurusan mengenai berbagai hal dengan cepat dan mudah,” ujar Suyasa.

Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Buleleng I Made Kuta menyebutkan pembangunan MPP Buleleng yang berlokasi di lantai tiga Pasar Banyuasri ini sudah mencapai 35 persen.
Ditargetkan mencapai 100 persen di bulan Oktober 2023. Kontrak kerja dimulai pada bulan Juli hingga Oktober 2023. Target penyelesaian pada bulan Oktober 2023 dipasang karena pada bulan November 2023 MPP Buleleng akan diluncurkan dengan mengundang Kementerian Pemberdayagunaan Aparatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan RB) RI.
“Tapi ini bukan membangun dari awal ya. Melainkan merenovasi atau menata lantai tiga Pasar Banyuasri sesuai dengan desain yang ada. Sampai saat ini keramik dan dinding sudah dipasang,” sebutnya.
Pihaknya juga telah menyiapkan PKS bagi para instansi vertikal dan juga perangkat daerah terkait yang akan masuk terlibat dalam MPP. Sehingga, semua menjadi terintegrasi satu pintu. Hingga saat ini, sudah ada sepuluh perangkat daerah teknis dan tujuh instansi vertikal yang akan bergabung. DPMPTSP diberikan wewenang selaku koordinator untuk mengintegrasikannya.
