Pramella menjelaskan bahwa keterlibatan bendesa adat sangat penting dalam program ini. “Bendesa adat harus mengetahui orang asing yang ada di wilayah tugasnya. Dengan demikian, mereka dapat membantu imigrasi dalam melakukan pengawasan dan menciptakan rasa aman di Bali,” jelas Pramella.
