UBUD, kanalbali.id – Desa Energi Berdikari (DEB) Keliki binaan Integrated Terminal (IT) Manggis PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jatimbalinus selalu menarik dan jadi perhatian khususnya para turis mancanegara.

Pada hari Rabu, 30 April 2025 DEB Keliki Ubud  dan dua UMKM Mitra binaan Pertamina kembali dipilih dan menjadi salah satu destinasi sebagai program pilihan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dikunjungi oleh KBRI dan jurnalis dari Algeria, Afrika Utara dalam kegiatan Familiarisation Trip ke Indonesia.

Algeria atau dalam bahasa Indonesia biasa disebut sebagai Aljazair merupakan negara pesisir Laut Tengah  yang terletak di bagian utara Benua Afrika.

Tuan rumah yang membawa langsung perwakilan KBRI dan journalis dari Algeria tersebut yaitu Pertamina Internasional Eksplorasi dan Produksi (PIEP) yang mana salah satu unit usahanya berada di Algeria mengunjungi Program TJSL (TanggungJawab Sosial Lingkungan) Pertamina Group.

Tujuannya,  untuk mempromosikan kepada masyarakat di Algeria dan Afrika Utara.

Dalam kegiatan ini, rombongan KBRI dan Jurnalis Algeria disambut dengan tari pendet sebagai ciri khas Masyarakat Bali  sekaligus sebagai pembuka kegiatan.

Dengan menggunakan caping, tamu yang hadir diajak untuk menikmati pemandangan sawah di Subak Lauh Batu sembari menabur kompos hasil olahan sampah organik dari Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (TPS3R) DEB Keliki.

Tidak hanya itu, tamu yang hadir juga disajikan jaje bali dan kelapa muda sebagai bentuk pengenalan kuliner Desa Keliki.

Manager dan tim TPS3R turut mengenalkan dan memperlihatkan proses pengolahan sampah mulai dari tahap pemilahan sampah hingga tahapan sampah menjadi kompos menggunakan mesin pencacah yang daya listriknya berasal dari solar panel Subak Lauh Batu.

Tidak hanya mengenai program, dalam kegiatan ini produk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Mitra Binaan BUMDES seperti kerajinan album foto dan batik lukis Keliki turut dihadirkan.

Para perwakilan Pertamina Group juga ikut berpartisipasi dalam kunjungan ini diantaranya PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jatimbalinus, PT Patra Jasa Bali sebagai bentuk promosi untuk membangun ekosistem pariwisata yang lebih luas dan terintegasi dengan program mitra binaan Pertamina lainnya.

Kepala Desa Keliki, I Ketut Wita dalam sambutannya mengatakan setelah Pertamina hadir, Desa Keliki memiliki banyak perubahan.

“Kini di area TPS3R dan Subak Lauh Batu menjadi ramai. Banyak pelaku usaha yang mendirikan Vila, banyak para pemuda yang membangun warung makanan sehingga turis mancanegara terutama dari negara Prancis dan yang paling terasa adalah perubahan tingkah laku Masyarakat dalam hal penanganan sampah,” katanya.

Dari penjelasan kepala desa tadi, petani yang semula hanya dapat menghasilkan padi sebanyak 5 ton menjadi 7 bahkan sampai 8 ton setiap panennya” ungkap Ika Annisaa Farista, Koordinator Fungsi Penerangan Sosial dan Budaya KBRI Algeria.
Nurul Intan Permanasari, Communication Relation dan CSR Pertamina Indonesia Eksplorasi dan Produksi (PIEP) menjelaskan bahwa kunjungan KBRI dan Jurnalis Aljazair ke Indonesia tentunya guna mengkurasi perspektif media-media Aljazair terkait Indonesia dalam mengabadikan keunikan budaya Nusantara.

Mulai dari pusat-pusat seni tradisi, menikmati kekayaan kuliner, hingga mencapture langsung kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat yang penuh semangat gotong-royong dan keramahan khas Indonesia, sekaligus memperkuat dan menyebarluaskan upaya-upaya CSR keberlanjutan yang telah dilakukan Pertamina pada jejaring global.

PIEP sebagai unit usaha Pertamina yang telah beroperasi mengelola lapangan minyak dan gas di Aljazair untuk ketahanan energi Indonesia pun telah mengimplementasikan inisiatif CSR Asimilasi Budaya bagi Anak-Anak Aljazair pada 2025.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jatimbalinus, Ahad Rahedi turut menghadiri kunjungan ini dan menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada PIEP dan KBRI Algeria yang telah memilih dan berkunjung ke DEB Keliki.
