KARANGASEM, kanalbali.id – Sebuah kapal tongkang dan juga kapal tugboat kandas di Perairan Tanah Ampo, Desa Ulakan, Kecamatan Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali.
Kasat Polairud Polres Karangasem, Bali, AKP I Gusti Agung Bagus Suteja mengatakan, bahwa kapal tersebut diketahui terdampar pada Senin (11/7) sekitar pukul 14.00 WITA. Kapal tongkang memiliki nama lambung Simindo 4 dan tagboat dengan nama lambung Perkasa Wana 1, PT Alpiando Karya Kartika.
“Untuk korban nihil. Kapal tongkang dan tagboat terdampar dan semua krew atau Anak Buah Kapal (ABK) selamat,” kata dia, Selasa (12/7) sore.

Sedangkan tagboat sudah diupayakan dilakukan penarikan ke tengah laut oleh kapal Pertamina namun masih gagal karena air laut kurang pasang,” ujarnya.
“Sebab kejadian tersebut, disebabkan oleh faktor alam. Dimana angin kencang yang mengakibatkan tali seling penarik jangkar putus sampai terdampar,” ujarnya. (kanalbali/KAD)
