DENPASAR, kanalbali.com – Pengacara senior di Bali Nyoman Sudiantara membantah, dirinya memiliki target politik tertentu terkait posisinya sebagai host di kanal YouTube “Clase Closed”. Kanal itu kini hilang setelah kena takedown.


“Kalau mau maju ke politik bisa beberapa tahun lalu saat saya masih pengurus partai politik di Bali,” tegasnya yang pernah menjadi pengurus DPD PDIP Bali, Selasa (1/3/2022).

“Sekarang ini saya merasa sudah sangat nyaman dengan profesi saya dan juga secara sosial ekonomi, jadi apalagi yang mesti saya cari,” katanya.

Mengenai posisinya sebagai host, menurutnya, adalah wujud dari keinginannya untuk mendorong dinamika Bali dan khususnya Denpasar. Sebab, masih banyak persoalan yang perlu dipikirkan bersama serta perlunya mendorong kreativitas.

Hilangnya kanal “Case Closed” yang diproduseri oleh Erick EST sendiri banyak dikaitkan dengan figur yang akrab disapa Ponglik ini. Sebab, ia pun sempat diberitakan memiliki potensi untuk menjadi Calon Gubernur di Pilkada 2024. Apalagi setlah balihonya dipasang di 2 tempat di Denpasar.

Diskusi hilangnya akun YouTube Cse Closed – IST

Mengenai hilangnya kanal itu, Sudiantara menyebut, sampai saat ini masih sulit untuk membawa kasus takedown kanal YouTube “Case Closed” ke jalur hukum. Masalahnya, hanya pihak YouTube yang mengetahui persis proses internal yang berujung langkah itu.

“Kita sendiri tidak tahu siapa yang melaporkan ke YouTube. Apakah laporan itu juga menggunakan akun yang nyata atau akun palsu, ini yang sulit dipastikan,” tegasnya dalam diskusi di Denpasar.

Ia cenderung membawa masalah ini ke jalur diskusi dengan pihak-pihak yang memiliki kewenangan dan kemampuan mengusut kasus seperti ini. “Misalnya, pihak kepolisian atau Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informasi,” tegasnya yang dalam kanal “Case Closed” menjadi host.

Disamping itu, suara komunitas yang cinta demokrasi harus terus disampaikan agar didengar oleh pihak YouTube. Sebab, kasus seperti ini bisa menimpa siapa saja yang membuat karya kemudian menampilkannya di YouTube. “Padahal materi dalam kanal itu sangat ringan dan tujuannya lebih banyak untuk menggali hal-hal yang ringan tapi menarik,” tegasnya yang akrab disapa Ponglik ini.

Salah-satunya yang banyak ditonton adalah profil Kadek Darma Apriana alias Unggit Desti seorang kreator Tapel (Topeng wajah-red) yang menggali karya-karya lama seniman di Bali. Unggit juga menampilkan sejumlah kreasi baru. “Yang seperti ini ternyata sangat diminati banyak orang,” tegasnya. (kanalbali/RFH)
