BI Bali bersama Pemerintah Daerah Perkuat Komitmen Digitalisasi

DENPASAR, kanalbali,id – Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali bersama 9 kabupaten/kota Provinsi Bali melaksanakan komitmen bersama kawasan digital sebagai upaya akselerasi digitalisasi daerah di Provinsi Bali.

Pelaksanaan komitmen bersama tersebut diadakan pada High Level Meeting (HLM) Tim Percepatan dan Perluasan Digitalisasi Daerah (TP2DD) Provinsi Bali pada 20 Desember 2024.

Kegiatan yang mengangkat tema “Sinergi Menjaga Stabilitas Ekonomi Melalui Pengendalian Inflasi dan Percepatan Digitalisasi Keuangan Daerah Menuju Bali Hijau, Tangguh, dan Sejahtera Mendukung Indonesia Maju” ini merupakan wadah koordinasi antar instansi dan stakeholder daerah untuk berkoordinasi dalam percepatan digitalisasi di Provinsi Bali.

Penyelenggaraan HLM TP2DD dipimpin langsung Pj. Gubernur Bali yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Bali dan dihadiri oleh Kepala Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali, Kepala Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan (Kanwil DJPB) Provinsi Bali.

Hadir juga Plt. Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali, Direktur Utama PT BPD Bali, para Kepala Daerah Kabupaten/Kota se-Bali, serta perangkat daerah terkait yang tergabung dalam TP2DD. HLM TP2DD dilaksanakan dalam rangka membahas strategi percepatan digitalisasi daerah di Provinsi Bali.

Pj. Gubernur Bali yang diwakili Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Bali, Dewa Made Indra, menyampaikan bahwa digitalisasi daerah semakin penting dilakukan dengan mempercepat, memperluas, dan meningkatkan elektronifikasi transaksi pemerintah daerah baik di sektor pendapatan maupun belanja.

Hal ini dapat mendukung akuntabilitas, transparansi, kemudahan, akses bagi berbagai kalangan dalam melakukan transaksi dengan pemerintah daerah. Selain itu, percepatan, peningkatan, dan perluasan digitalisasi dapat dilakukan pula dengan memperkuat sumber daya manusia untuk dapat mengakomodir proses digitalisasi dan elektonifikasi di daerah.

Sementara itu, Kepala Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali, Erwin Soeriadimadja, menyampaikan perekonomian Bali tetap tumbuh kuat dengan proyeksi pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun 2024 pada rentang 5,1-5,9% (yoy).

“Bank Indonesia terus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui kebijakan moneter yang pro-growth, disertai dengan upaya percepatan digitalisasi”, ucap Erwin.

Adapun strategi penguatan ekosistem digital untuk mendukung akselerasi digitalisasi dilakukan melalui (1) peningkatan digital mindset dan inklusi keuangan masyarakat, (2) disiplin roadmap digital, (3) sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah terkait Elektronifikasi Transaksi Pemerintah Daerah (ETPD), (4) pengembangan ekosistem digital secara menyeluruh dan (5) penguatan inovasi layanan dan produk terkait ETPD.
