DENPASAR, kanalbali.id– Setelah jeda 2 tahun, Soul And Kith kembali meramaikan belantika musik di Indonesia dengan album mini (EP) mereka yang diberi judul “A Journey Unseen”.
Di album ini Soul And Kith tampil dengan kejutan dimana mereka bermertamorfosa dari duo etnik menjadi sebuah grup band dengan warna yang sangat berbeda dari sebelumnya namun tetap dengan ciri khas Soul And Kith yang masih terasa. Dirilis yang juga bertepatan di hari jadi Soul And Kith yang ke-enam.
Metamorfosa Soul And Kith diawali pertemuan antara Aik dan Michael dengan Richart Volx yang kini menjadi Produser-Manager Soul And Kith terjadi pada pertengahan tahun 2022.
Perencanaan dan perubahan Soul And Kith yang kemudian berproses sampai akhirnya menjadi format terbaru saat ini yaitu Aik (vocal) dan Michael (guitar), kemudian bertambah kedatangan personil baru yaitu Sagung Novi pada Bass dan Thompson Sagala mengisi Drum yang menjadi warna baru dan pembeda di Soul And Kith.

Mini album ini digarap setahun lebih sejak awal tahun 2023, berisikan 4 buah lagu dimulai dengan A Journey Unseen tentang menikmati sebuah perjalanan kedalam dimensi yang belum tergambarkan.
Kemudian, mendengar Unbound Voices yang memicu gerak anggota tubuh untuk menari dan bersenang senang. Waking Dreams menjadi lagu ketiga yang membangunkan kita setelah menikmati kesenangan dan bermimpi untuk bersiap kembali menghadapi realita.
Dimulai dengan melakukan aktifitas ke-kinian mengecek kabar dunia melalui jejaring sosial media seperti digambarkan dalam Social Jungle yang menjadi lagu penutup di mini album ini.
Mini album A Journey Unseen dirilis pada tanggal 4 Juni 2024 melalui berbagai kanal digital platform seperti Apple Music, Spotify, Tiktok Musik dan sebagainya, berikut dengan video klip A Journey Unseen yang juga sudah bisa disaksikan melalui kanal youtube Soul And Kith.
Volx Record secara esklusif juga membuat rilisan fisik album ini berupa kaset pita dengan jumlah terbatas sebanyak 50 keping kaset.
