BULELENG, kanalbali.id – Paslon Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Bali nomor 2 Wayan Koster dan Nyoman Giri Prasta (Koster-Giri) hadir pada uji publik di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha), Rabu 6 November 2024.
Di hadapan sekitar 1300 mahasiswa di Gedung Auditorium Undiksha, Koster-Giri menjelaskan sejumlah program penting secara cepat dalam durasi 10 menit yang diberikan moderator.
Pada periode pertama saat menjabat Gubernur Bali 2018-2023, Koster mengaku telah melakukan penguatan desa adat sebagai benteng budaya Bali. Perda Bali nomor 4 tahun 2019 tentang Desa Adat Bali dan Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 15 tahun 2023 tentang provinsi Bali merupakan payung hukum kinerja desa adat selama ini.
Selain itu, Koster-Giri juga berkomitmen memberi insentif terhadap pelestarian Nyoman dan Ketut dalam keluarga Bali. Sejumlah program pendidikan gratis dan beasiswa untuk mahasiswa prestasi dan tidak mampu di perguruan tinggi swasta dan negeri akan diberikan ketika mereka memimpin Bali.
Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan juga akan diterapkan di perguruan tinggi Negeri dan swasta. Seperti E-Government atau pemerintah elektronik yang telah dijalankan Koster pada periode pertama Gubernur Bali dalam pelayanan Pemprov Bali.
Penyelenggarakan layanan publik secara digital telah dijalankan selama ini. Hal ini juga mendapat apresiasi dari sejumlah panelis dalam uji publik tersebut.
Bagi kepentingan mahasiswa di Undiksha Buleleng, Koster juga menjamin akan memberikan kenyamanan zero blank spot baik saluran komunikasi dan menikmati saluran televisi. Kemudahan ini karena telah beroperasinya Turyapada Tower.
Sarana prasrana olahraga, laboratorium permainan tradisional Bali di Undiksha akan menjadi prioritas. Koster bahkan akan melanjutkan bantuan sarana olahraga seperti yang pernah dibantu ketika masih DPR RI. Koster memprioritaskan pembentukan dan pembangunan karakter, atitude, anak Bali sesuai karakter leluhur Bali.
Dalam diskusi uji publik ini, Koster-Giri juga komitmen pada transformasi ekonomi Bali berkelanjutan selain sektor pariwisata.
Belajar dari pandemi Covid-19, Koster-Giri telah memiliki program unggulan. Dalam program unggulannya dibeberkan sejumlah sektor seperti pertanian, kelautan perikanan, ekonomi kreatif, transportasi, perdagangan, kerajinan serta sektor lainnya akan menjadi sektor andalan demi menjaga Bali tetap survive saat terjadi kendala eksternal dan internal.
Presiden Mahasiswa (Presma) Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Republik Mahasiswa (Rema) Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha), Kadek Rudiana dalam kesempatan ini meminta seluruh mahasiswa melihat kapasitas kualitas masing-masing paslon pemimpin Bali lima tahun kedepan
Karena mahasiswa juga turut menentukan nasib pembangunan Bali lima tahun kedepan. “Harus cerdas dalam memilih siapa pemimpin Bali lima tahun kedepan,” kata Rudi.
Kegiatan yang digagas BEM Undiksha ini bagi Rudi, diharapkan menjadi wadah edukasi politik bagi seluruh mahasiswa. “BEM Undiksha yang menginisiasi kegiatan ini, tentunya bertujuan melihat kualitas dan kapasitas masing-masing calon. Saya harap mahasiwa jangan bersikap apatis terhadap politik. Karena buta yang paling buruk adalah buta politik. Mereka tidak tahu harga minyak goreng, cabai, dan harga pertalite dan bensin dipengaruhi keputusan politik,” Kadek Rudianto.
Diakhir sambutan, Rudi mengutip syair lagu grup band asal Bali No Stress, sebagai pesan moral kepada para paslon.
“Semoga pemimpin menambah prestasi bukan menambah baliho. Semua teman pasti ingat lagunya. Semoga beton beton ngak tumbuh lebih subur dari pepohonan,” ujarnya.
Bertindak sebagai moderator, Rektor Undiksha Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd dengan menghadirkan delapan panelis diantara nya tujuh profesor dan satu presiden mahasiswa.
Para panelis yakni Prof Nyoman Jampel, Prof Wayan Artanayasa, Prof Gede Rasben Dantes,Prof Adi Yuniarta,Prof I Nengah Suastika, Prof I Made Sutama, Prof I Ketut Sudiana.
